Tella Couture needed a boost to captivate and bring back subscribers with Klaviyo. We crafted a new email strategy laser-focused on crucial touchpoints — welcome flows to introduce the brand, browse/abandonment flows to re-engage, and post-purchase flows to build loyalty.

The Goal

Creating an elevated, relatable experience that makes subscribers excited to engage with Tella Couture.

The Approach

To reflect Tella Couture’s chic aesthetic, we designed a personalized flow template with: a clear call-to-action, custom copy tailored to each recipient, color-coordinated themes, and optimization for desktop and mobile.

These efforts combined with a custom funnel that delights customers from subscription. First, we share Tella Couture’s story, social channels, and latest collections. Then, we nurture subscribers with relevant content and offers based on their interests and behaviors.
