We won the business, now what?!
After winning a sizable amount of retail business, our partner didn’t have the resources or expertise to facilitate a seamless transition of ongoing customer needs associated with the incremental revenue.

The Goal

Develop an inside team at Front Row to facilitate all inbound & outbound needs. Create a highly trained, knowledgeable team to ensure the 360 degree customer experience was best in class.

The Approach

We created a category captain and personnel back up plans. Our team implemented on going product training programs.  These programs included hands on, classroom and field training.  We then complimented it with a rigorous certification program on our partners internal operating system.
